A Deferred Submittal from the structural engineer is required for alterations needed to the existing mezzanine to comply with headroom requirements for the new stairway. A copy shall be provided to the Building Inspector and a copy shall be provided to Plan Review. The east exterior wall of this building is right on the property line and is existing one-hour rated with no openings and extends to a noncombustible roof structure/deck with noncombustible supporting construction. Nonseparated Uses per IBC Section 302.3.1. A Certificate of Occupancy is to be issued when completed and approved. Previous tenant on record was Schuck's Auto Supply.
