(Steel Wood Flex Condos. - Building #5)(Office Shell Building) - To construct a new 22,300 square foot, one story, office shell building. This building will be constructed of masonry exterior wall, concrete slab floor and premanufactured wood trussed roof system. This building is being divided into four fire areas by three two-hour fire walls. This being done to reduce the allowable area and fire flow requirements. The areas from north to south are 6,025 sq. ft, 7,580 sq. ft., 3,740 sq. ft., 4,955 sq. ft.. This is a cold shell building permit only and no occupancy is allowed under this permit. Separate tenant improvement permits will be required to finish this building for occupancy. There is some underground utility work under this permit; however, there is no plumbing, electrical or mechanical work proposed for this part of the building project. This building will be divided into four areas separated by 8" concrete masonry interior walls. All construction per the approved plans on file. JCM
