I called Ben Davis, Dave Evans Const. reminding him the 2/16 agreement for the TOC on this permit was based on having the sprinkler and alarm work finaled within 7 days, or no later than 3/1. The sprinkler work was just finaled on 3/3 and we haven't heard form the FA contractor. He will followup and get the FA inspection scheduled today.

Need fire life safety review comments. Fire dept access signage is an issue as well as one additional emergency light is required in the fire sprinkler riser room. The fire sprinkler permits need finaling as well. The big issue with it is the riser room was required to be one hour rated and it is not. No inspection was done on the fire sprinkler system.
