Rough grading is complete however fine grading and restoration of the disturbed hillside must still be done. For this a $1,500.00 bond is required. Upon receipt of this bond the grading and drainage is conditionally approved as noted below.

1. The fill that was placed at the back of the lot in the gully and on the adjoining property must be removed and the hillside restored to the original condition, including restoring the vegetation.

2. The fill that was placed on the lot to the north must be removed and the slope revegetated with the same type of plant material that was there prior to the encroachment.

3. The grading plan that you submitted today indicates that runoff will be directed onto the patio at the rear of the house. Provide a drainage swale in this area so that runoff is directed around the house and into the swales on each side of the house.
4. The design engineer shall inspect the final grading and certify that it was done in accordance to the approved plan
