Micron Building #2 and #3 - Fab 1A Remodel Mechanical Room for XT1400 Scanner Support Equipment - To demo and remove a 4 riser stair, remove a section of lockers, install a 6'x7' door at the east wall of locker room 200G. To construct 39 lineal feet of steel stud partitions and a new 3'x7' door and acoustical suspended ceiling to create a new 180 square foot equipment mechanical room to support the installation of the new XT1400 Scanner. This permit also includes the construction of two 8 foot steel platforms for the equipment. This work is being done at the second floor of Building #2 between grid lines 11 & 12 and C & D. To remove some existing fabrication equipment and install new XT1400 scanner equipment and to reconfigure some of the existing equipment in this area. This equipment reconfiguration is being done on the first floor of Building #2, in Photo Bay 9, between grid lines 10 & 11 and B & D. There is no building modification except removal of some floor tiles and pedestals for the new equipment. This permit is being used to attach associated electrical and mechanical permits. Building #3 - To an equipment swap at Photo Bay "E" on the first floor of Building #3 between grid lines 9 & 10 and F & G. There is no building modification this permit is being used to attach associated electrical and mechanical permits. A stocker is being removed from Stocker Room #107 and new ceiling Hepa Filters are being installed at that location. This being done on the first floor of Building #3 between grids 10 & 11 and C & D. Building #2 is an F1 Occupancy and Building #3 is an H5 Occupancy. All construction per the approved plans. JCM
