7-19-05 @ 3:50 I called the applicant looking for a landscape plan to approve along with the site work. Applicant stated that three complete sets were brought to the City and two sets were brought to the City without the landscape plan. (The two sets without the landscape were the plans that were routed.) I have sent an e-mail to Brian Murphy trying to locate the landscape plans. (Kelly directed me in his direction.) Hopefully by 7-20-05 I will have found a set so that I can approve the documents. SMS

7-19-05 - Brian does not have the landscape plans. I have called Gayle Jensen and asked that he bring over three copies of the plans tomorrow morning to be included in the two sets that are routing and one for Design Review. SMS
