Received a phone call from Troy Womack, Prestige Homes, regarding installing a gate across the FD roadway. I had him fax a sketch and he wanted to install it in the radius portion of a turn on the FD roadway and therefore a 20' clear open-width gate would not be wide enough. Explained the FD width requirements and told him he would have to bring in two copies of Sheet A2 showing the revision with the proposed gate for our review and approval as a "plan Mod" and if approved he would get one stamped copy back to put with the plan set in the field.
