I spoke with Mike Otto and recieved a request from Tony Wilson on this project. They (Cingular) are removing the equipment enlcosure and are going to leave the equipment pad mounted and exposed. As long as the equipment is painted to match the rest of the area, there are no concerns from the Planning or Design Review standpoint.

faxed review comments to architect. Called and discussed lack of production information with with architect. I could not list all potentil hazards in my review but he needs to resubmit details of any fryers or cooking equipment producing grease laden vapors, oil storage (new and used) if applicable. He is not aware of the nature of the operations but will check into it.
