Ashleigh Commons-Units 4 & 5 (2274 & 2276 S. Gekeler Ln.) Two - two hour fire wall will be used to separate this 5 unit apartment building into three separate buildings. To construct a new 5,006 sq.ft. two story wood framed, 2 unit apartment building with attached garages. The first floor is 3,541sq.ft. 1,049 sq.ft of this area is for the garages. The second floor is 1,465 sq.ft. Each unit is 2 story, 3 bedroom and 2 1/2 baths with attached two car garage. Unit #4 is 1,937 sq.ft. unit #5 is 1,891 sq.ft. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. Refer to BLD 05-02962 for permit on other side of fire wall.
