John stated that his brother in law is responsible for the permit and he will get ahold of him and have him call us, as his brother in law's phone # is unlisted ahnd John can not give it out. I told him that since he allowed his brother in law to use his name on the permit he is ultimately responsible for all of the permit requirements including final certificate of value. He stated he would contact us later this day w/ the brother in law's phone #.
