(SPRINGHILL SUITES-PARKCENTER) To remodel the entry lobby, hotel laundry, guest laundry, exercise room, administrative office, refurbish guest rooms and corridors per approved plans. Work to include removal of 7 sleeping rooms, 2 rooms between grid C & E to enlarge hotel laundry area. Remove 2 rooms between grid M & O at 9 & 11 for expansion of exercise room and guest laundry. Remove 2 rooms between grid W & Y for new restrooms across from meeting rooms. Add 5 new exterior windows and 5 new exterior doors to existing meeting rooms between grid T & Y. Remove interior load bearing walls in prep kitchen and great room areas to enlarge great room area and to accommodate the buffet area, between grid G & N. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase per the 1991 UBC. MJP CUP05-00097
