Marlene received notice from Jim Storey today that the mechanical permits had been issued by overriding the parcel tag conditions. We never received the required mechanical plans. I called the architect (Robert Juskevich) and he couldn't find our plan review comments and requested I refax the review to him, which I did. I also called the ME, Suzanne Maranello (###-####) who had indicated in a phone conversation 2/31/06 that she had revised the mech plans to show everything we requested but that the architect had resubmitted the wrong plan revision and that she would follow up with him to resend the proper sheets. I left her a voice message that we had not yet received her revised plans and requested she follow up with the architect and call me. Marlene asked Jim to not continue with the rough-in inspection until the Mechanical plans have been received and approved.

He says he has the plans but hasn't had time to contact Marlene to determine the procedure to submit plans for a Mechanical permit to be reviewed by Bldg and Fire. Its on his "to do list".

He asked how to get a Mech permit and I referred him to Marlene for details. Also briefed Marlene on the situation in anticipation of his call.
