I left a correction notice with Tim Waterman giving him until June 23, 2006 to have all permits for WFS finales or the temporary occupancy would be revoked and utilities turned off.

90-day TOC period has expired. Approval by Dave Hanneman and Jenifer Gilliland to allow a 30-day extension if owner posts a bond. In subsequent telcon 5/19/06 4:00 pm, with FA vendor, Lynde Jones, Mountain Alarm, Lynde indicated they have approval to resume work and she will have a person on site Monday to begin work and she committed to have it done within 30 days, absolutely "drop dead date" and possibly sooner. With that assurance, JG agreed to defer posting bond at this time but will have Troy Cobbley issue a Correction Notice to building owner, Tim Waterman indicating that the TOC will be extended until 6/23 at which time if the alarm system has not been installed and satisfactorily inspected and tested, the building may be red tagged, possibly utilities terminated and occupants expected to vacate. I called building owner, Tim Waterman, Video Eye, 5/22/06, 9:00 am to advise of City course of action; not available, left voice message to call me.
