This building will be constructed on masonry exterior walls, wood roof trusses. This building will be fully fire sprinklered. The sprinklers are used for allowable area increase. This is a shell permit only and no occupancy is allowed under this permit. Separate tenant improvement permits will be required to finish this building for occupancy.
