The above MIS permit was applied for on 9/13/2005 and the permit to place the dwelling was accepted on 10/06/2005. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical and ESC permits are required. spoke with Mike Harrison floor plans are required and they are to reflect the conversion from a duplex to single family dwelling. Also a copy of the MIS pre inspection by inspector 301 with documentation of the bond requirements and copy of the housing inspection form.

spoke with DAA about lot size setbacks etc. lot was 50' wide and street right of way was changed taking 7' from the lot. Still legal lot . Design review not required in the R-2D zone for a single family dwelling per AJB.
