To remodel an existing 822 square foot 2nd story tenant space located within an existing 31,374 square foot, 3 level building (2 stories above grade plane with a full basement and about 10,458 square feet per level). This tenant space will be a dwelling unit located within a mixed use building. Other uses within this building include restaurant, professional office, barber shop, beauty shop, etc. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, a structural glass guard, a restroom, and millwork. In addition, the roof trusses will be modified where bearing walls are being removed and the floor will be strengthened where there is evidence of sagging.
