(CALDWELL DWELLING UNIT - BELGRAVIA BLDG - 2ND STORY) This building is NOT fire sprinklered. To remodel an existing 822 square foot 2nd story tenant space located within an existing 31,374 square foot, 3 level building (2 stories above grade plane with a full basement and about 10,458 square feet per level). This tenant space will be a dwelling unit located within a mixed use building. Other uses within this building include restaurant, professional office, barber shop, beauty shop, etc. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, a structural glass guard, a restroom, and millwork. In addition, the roof trusses will be modified where bearing walls are being removed and the floor will be strengthened where there is evidence of sagging. About 390 square feet of floor area will be raised about 7 inches above the rest. The work shall comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes.
