Footing #8, the proposed spread footing supporting the master bathroon expansion in the eastern portion of the residence was noted to enxtend to native soils and is OK. Piers 1 through 4 located along the western portion of the residence and near the northwestern corner are OK. Piers 5 through 7 along the north side of the structure are not OK, fill must be overexcavated and the subgrade reinspected prior to placing concrete..
