This extensive remodel is to raze an existing single family dwelling leaving the foundation in tact and constructing a new similar single family dwelling in its place using most of the existing foundation. the foundation will have a structural analysis submitted to the structural inspector prior to the approval of reconstruction over the existing foundation.
