Steel storage racking exceeding 8' in height is not allowed in the building under this permit. Nonseparated Uses per IBC Section 302.3.1. Do not issue a permanent Certificate of Occupancy until the party wall/fire wall upgrade under permit BLD05-02968 is completed and approved.
