RCE # 1875 IS FOR PETRA INC (Gold's Gym )(To convert an existing retail building to a new athletic club) - To demolish and remove all interior walls, ceilings and mezzanine floor structure, as well as, all exterior awnings. To demolish and removed all electrical, plumbing fixtures and mechanical equipment. This building will be taken down to a shell condition. To construct all new walls and ceilings to create office and reception areas, exercise areas, locker rooms, tanning areas, kids area, basketball area and swimming pool, sauna and spa room. These areas are within the 38,350 square foot main floor. To construct a new 2,975 square foot mezzanine at the south side of the building that will include offices restrooms and a breakroom. There will also be structural roof modifications. This building is fully fire sprinklered. The sprinklers are used for area increase. The first floor is using the separated use option to separate the B occupancies from the A occupancies for allowable area. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM
