Racks are installed per racking permit review. But overhead sprinkler system needs to be resubmitted due to the rack system. Racking permit can be finaled if nothing changes due to the sprinkler resubmittals. Per Bill Alexander the longitudinal and transverse flue spaces are ok tenativly as installed, again that could change due to the sprinkler resubmittals.
