To construct a 774 square foot retail sales tenant space on the 1st story of the Idaho Building. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, a new entry alcove, a dressing room accessible to the disabled, and suspended ceilings. In addition, the Women's restroom located on the 2nd floor will be upgraded to be accessible to the disabled. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes.
