Call from Matt Rhees to review requirement for emergency lighting per Sec. 1006 IBC. It is required because the occupant load for the space, 57, requires two exits. When two exits are required, emergency lighting is required. Matt referenced the code section in his general notes and I included the code requirements as part of the attached plan review conditions to be met by the electritian and approved by inspectors.
