B & R Propeties Warehouse - To build a 20,500 square foot, one story, warehouse shell building addition on the east end of an existing 14,500 square foot, one story warehouse building. The existing builidng and new addition are constructed of masonry exterior bearing walls and wood framed roof system. This permit also includes related site improvements. This addition is a shell permit only. No occupancy is allowed under this permit. Separate tenant improvement permits will be required to finish this addition for occupancy. The proposed addition and existing building are fully fire sprinklered. The sprinklers are used for area increase. All construction per the approved plans. JCM
