Walk-in meeting with Doug Jayo regarding sprinkler requirement for this house. Identified the location of this house and clarified email memo from Dave Miller based on plat notes for Subdivision #4 and concluded that only the houses on Orion Court require sprinklers. This house is Orion Drive which is directly across Pleasant Hill from Orion Court so it does NOT require fire sprinklers. Advised Tony Young, Building inspector, to NOT require sprinklers.
