This permit also includes the installation of two new exterior doors at the second floor and a new exterior metal exit stairway. The exterior stairway design to be a deferred item. Sprinkler plans inadequate for review (FIR06-00063), correction items reviewed with P. Marcolina. No fire alarm permit application, cut sheets or calc's attached, need clarification on AHU's being removed and location/function of proposed new duct smoke detectors.
2/14/2006 - Passed at onsite review, subject to deferred submittal to the Building plan reviewer for exterior exit stairs to be fabricated offsite by others. AS permit already approved. FA plans ready to review but FA permit needs to be attached to this building permit project.
