Called Rob Thornton to review requirements for combining two parceels into one which appears to have been misunderstood. This proces was covered in item # 3 of my plan review with phone number of Dave Abo for follow up for any additional clarification as he will be the one to approve the legal status of the properties. I also referenced Rob to the possibility of providing a Record of Survey / Property Line Adjustment as another means of providing the 60 foot clearance around the building, reducing the size of one parcel and adding to the other as needed for additional clearance. He will review options with client and include in resubmittals.
