(CASA MEXICO)(BOWN CROSSING MARKET PLACE - BLDG E) New 3,250 sq. ft. restaurant tenant to occupy entire vacant first floor in an existing 6,500 sq. ft. two story shell building per approved plans. Shell building was done under BLD03-02288. Work to include one new exterior window in former exterior door opening, new interior walls, new interior doors, a new interior accessible ramp with handrails, a new interior stairway with only two risers and handrails, interior finish, two new accessible restrooms, new kitchen equipment, a new walk-in cooler, counters/casework, fire sprinkler work, two new Type I hoods with an approved duct wrap system on grease ducts, a new Type II hood, some new fire and smoke/fire damper installations, new mechanical work including an additional new HVAC rooftop unit with associated ducting and a new make-up air unit on roof, new plumbing work, and new electrical work. Nonseparated Uses per IBC Section 302.3.2. A Certificate of Occupancy is to be issued when completed and approved. NOTE: The second floor above was constructed as a one-hour rated floor assembly with one-hour rated supporting beams and columns under the shell permit. This floor supports the one-hour rated stair enclosure walls on the second floor. Shafts through this floor were also shown as at least one-hour rated. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for occupancy separation reduction, fire flow, and story increase per the shell permit. JCB
