NO CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION PROVIDED. Applicant certifies exemption per Idaho Statute 54-5205. To construct a three bedroom, two and one quarter bathroom 2183 sq. ft. two story single family dwelling (1408 sq. ft. first floor/775 sq. ft. second floor) with a 345 sq. ft. mechanical / storage basement, a 768 sq. ft. attached two car garage, a 140 sq. ft. deck off the second floor and a 108 sq. ft. covered front porch. Per approved plans, engineering and requirement list. This lot is within a hillside area and is subject to the hillside ordinances. A class "A" roof system and defensible area will be maintained. Any and all NFPA 13D systems shall be equipped with an alarm initiating device commonly referred to as a flow switch, and an outside alarm indicating device.
