Micron Building #24D (C8945) Fab 4A Clean and Non-clean Benches - To Demolish and remove the east and west corridor walls and doors between stair #2 and stair #6 to enlarge the fabrication clean room space to the east exterior wall at Central Metro #161A and Param Lab #161B. To install approximately 85 lineal feet of clean room wall at the north, east and south perimeter of Central Metro #161A, 15 lf of clean room wall and door to enclose Service Aisle #2454S and 9 lf of clean room wall and door to enclose Service Aisle #2453S. To construct 16 lf of partitions and install an 8 foot door at the south and at 6 foot door at the north to separate the clean fabrication area from corridors #100BH and #100BN. These corridor areas are considered part of the H5 Occupancy and no fire-resistive construction is required at these corridor sections. To demolish and remove approximately 72 lineal feet of partition and door from the mechanical are in the interstitial space. To construct 72 lineal feet of new zone wall and door in the north/south direction and to cosntruct 27 lineal feet of new zone wall and door in the east/west direction to divide the mechanical area into two spaces. This permit also includes related electrical, mechanical and hepa filter ceiling grid construction. This work is being done in a approximate 2,900 square foot area of the first floor and interstitial space of Building #24D between grid lines #27 and #A.9&#C.2.
