Per approved plans, engineering and requirement list. This lot is within a hillside area and is subject to the hillside ordinances. A class "A" roof system and defensible area will be maintained. This house shall be fitted with an NFPA 13D system, modified to include a single row of dry sidewall sprinklers along all walls common to attached garage and living space. The system shall also be equipped with an alarm initiating device commonly referred to as a flow switch, and an outside alarm indicating device.
