The site is public Right-of-Way owned by ACHD. The applicant has a "Temporary License Agreement" to construct a permanent 1,800 square foot pump station. The Agreement may be terminated with 30 days by either party. Gary Inselman said that ACHD will not issued a permanent easement agreement. If Boise City will not issue permit, United Water must vacate Right-of-Way or locate pump house outside of Right-of-Way. Called Morton McMillan, ###-#### on 3/17/06 and left message.
