Dan Stuart Copy of plan review report e-mailed and faxed to architect, Greg Elmore. Will route to fire code analyst when BLD06-01069 plan review is completed. there are three permits with this et of plans. Also BLD06-00579 & BLD06-00582.

Plat has been recorded.

3/27/06 Refer to ESC06-00325 as master plan for project, RP must be determined before permit is issued. adh.

Do not issue the Building Permit until the Final Plat has been recorded at the County. The City Engineer signed the Final Plat in Dec. 2005.

Second Notice has not been responded to.
