Reviewed 3/16/06 with Facility Chem engineer, Maka Havili. Requested he provide a description of the design basis for the room, since they are calling this an H5 room, but are designing it with H3 features such as mechanical ventilation, sealed floor and sump across door, but the design for the sump and ventilation are not in compliance with IFC requirements for H3 rooms. Will review next week.
