Plan modification accepted in response to Carl Westfall's plan review comments for the MoneyTree TI (BLd06-02350), we have added a new exterior (exit) door at the west elevation. The existing exterior door at the south elevation will serve a public restroom, which in turn will require continuous public acciss to the front of the building. We have added additional sidewalk and guard (railing) (due to the 30"+/- drop adjacent to the retention pond).
