A Letter of Completion is to be issued when done. This building is now called River Run Center Bldg. F. (It was formerly called Bldg. B.) NOTE: This building currently has a one-hour rated corridor on the first floor that extends up to the top of the stairways. The second floor currently has a non-rated hallway. The architect will provide one-hour rated walls and 20 minute rated doors at the restrooms on the second floor in case a future one-hour corridor is constructed on this second floor.
