The conference was to address exiting issues from the south exit into the fenced tower yard. Jim Sly and myself told the contractor to either provide a gate so that employees could exit all the way out to the "area of refuge" or resubmit to plan review for approval to use the fenced tower yard as a gathering point.

A temporary occupancy was given with Mark Senteno's permission. The owner/building stated that only the offices were going to be occupied and that a full time fire watch was being used. The sprinkler system was to be active and this was verified by me with greg patrick with treasure valley fire protection.

contacted by architect and error was made on the application for the fire sprinkler system. The architect had originally indicated that the building was fully fire sprinkled when it is only partially sprinkled. The 2003 IBC does not require this building to be sprinkled and the architect has provided a corrected permit application.
