Tony, I am out of town, however, I have someone finishing up the insulation this morning. If possible I would like to get them sheet rocking this afternoon. Perhaps they can start in the basement once you have taken a look? I will be back in town tomorrow afternoon and can finish up anything that needs to be done. The framing corrections are also ready for inspection – double beam above dining area, three straps on first floor, joist hanger by stairs, and nailed off the hangers in the basement by the stairs.
