The second floor is 10,770 square feet and is planned for 9 residential condominium units. The third floor is 9,785 square feet and is planned for 8 residential condominium units. This building will be constructed of a steel structural frame, concrete floors and masonry and steel stud new and existing exterior walls. This is a shell and core permit only and no occupancy is allowed under this permit. Separate tenant improvement permits will be required to finish this thing for occupancy.
