Spoke to plan review and contractor regarding setback issue of driveway to property line. original plan had called for 5ft. setback, plan was modified by p&z to reflect the required 3ft. setback. Colntractor will have missing pins resurveyed before conc. is cut back 3ft. Noted to contractor to have lotline strung at final to verify the 3ft. setback.

Recieved compliant from back nieghbor regarding setback of driveway of set house. Compliant is regarding that drivey has been placed right up to propertyline and existingneigbor wants the driveway set back 5ft. I noted to existing neighbor that I would meet with contractor, review approved plans and try to make determination for set back on driveway. I have spoken with contractor on two different occasions, first time was to establish the east property line. Backpin has been located but front pin is missing. Contractor has strung line and measured from west property pin. Front property pin on east end that is missing appears to placed in correct location. noted that driveway has been placed up to property line. I am supposed to meet the contractor tommorow to reveiw approved plans. Will make determination tommorow if missing pin should be surveyed in.
