Most of the emergency lights would not work when pushing the test buttons and all of the exit signs did not work. There were no review comments with the approved drawings. I need verification that the hvac units are under 2,000cfm. The contractor did not answer his phone. Are the outside exit discharge lights listed for outdoor use?
