For the exterior wall finish, a 3-coat stucco system was approved in lieu of the originally proposed EIFS. According to the Structural Engineer, the structural design allows for the added dead load. The use of OSB was allowed to be expanded since the concealed spaces were required to be fire sprinkered anyway. Approved revised drawings. CJW
