Improving the existing stairs to meet exit enclosures, replacing electrical, plumbing, mechanical equipment, insulation and drywall. All construction shall be per the approved plans and attached comment list. PLAN MODIFICATION * To add the following spaces to existing basement: (3) non-habitable dwelling unit basement spaces, mechanical space and bicycle lock-up space.
