Work is to include 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, a shower room accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, interior windows, suspended acoustical ceilings, suspended gypsum board ceilings, millwork, and interior finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes.
