Per approved plans, engineering and requirement list. CFH06-00025 per Susan Riggs with Planning and Zoning. This lot is within a hillside area and is subject to the hillside ordinances. A class "A" roof system and defensible area will be maintained. This house shall be fitted with a NFPA 13D system, modified to include a single row of dry sidewall sprinklers along all walls common to attached garage and the living space. The system shall also be equipped with an alarm initiating device commonly referred to as a flow switch, and an outside alarm indicating device.
