Call to Michael Jordon, Structural Inspector, asking him to check out the shell permit address and see if work was being done. Last entries for permit were aging inspections. He checked the site and found the shell structure in place. He will tag for contractor to call for final inspection of shell permit by structural and fire departments.

Called Jon Ferren, Ferrin Engineering to discuss conflict of comments about the over ride controls for the electrical automatic controls for lighting. Sheet EL1 indicated over ride control by main entry in reception area. Sheet EP3, Keynote #1 indicated an over ride control in each room. Mr. Ferrin indicated note on Sheet EP3 was incorrect. 7/11/2006 - This application was received with rooms classified on drawings as "classroom". As this is and M-1D zone planning approval is required. Scott Spjute stated that a letter from the architect was required to describe the type of "classrooms" being used.
7/31/2006 - Letter was received by Sue Hansen. As a result the determination was made that the type of training for business employees was an allowed use for the zone. Copy of letter included as part of approved plans. Plans then approved by Sue Hansen and routing continued.
