(565 sq. ft. first floor / 825 sq. ft. second floor) with a 413 sq. ft. two car garage. An NFPA 13R fire sprinkler system is required in each unit. NOTE: Each unit is over 800 sq. ft. Each unit is separated from adjacent unit by a 1-hour fire partition extending from the top of foundation to tight against the bottom of the roof deck.
