The total mezzanine area is 1480 square feet. This building is constructed of masonry exterior walls and wood framed interior and roof system. This building is divided down the middle with an 8 inch masonry wall create two identical tenant spaces that mirror each other. If there are no tenants at this time a separate MIS permit will be required for each tenant space to obtain occupancy. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM (Note: This building has been granted a letter of map revision by FEMA on 5/31/06 to remove it from floodplain requirements. Copy of letter on file.)
