Lower floor plan / 2319sq.ft. Main floor / 342sq.ft. Upper floor / 462sq.ft. Storage) with a main floor Covered rear deck, and a 908sq.ft. Attached garage per approved plans, all red-lining, Engineering, and Plan review report. This lot is within the hillside area and is subject to the hillside ordinances. A class "A" roof system and defensible area will be maintained. HILLSIDE FOUNDATION DESIGNS. Dwellings; townhouse units; additions to same and detached structures constructed in areas falling under the purview of the "Boise City Hillside Ordinance", shall have foundation designs signed and sealed by a professional engineer licensed by the State of Idaho, and qualified in the engineering specialty involved.
