On site to meet with Tony O'Niel with radix construction to inspect and final out shell and core permit. Noted that plumbing has been rough in and inspected. Fixtures need to be installed and connected. Hvac sysytems installed and main trunk lines installed, Branch lines still need to be installed. Also noted that ADA elements still need to be instaleed as well as a code compliant handrail in one hour stair enclosure. Spoe to Sam Zahorka regarding above issues and will be addresed in the tenant improvement.
